We hope that you treasure your Byro clothing, but if something isn’t quite right

we are here to help.

Get in touch within 14 days of your purchase by emailing us at info@byro.co.za, to arrange a refund or exchange.

The cost of return shipping is at your expense, and once we have confirmed that the item and packaging are in tact, we will process your request. Refunds are only given for the cost of the item and not for shipping.
